We want to sincerely thank our members for your patience and understanding as we transition to our new, more secure system. We know change can take some getting used to, and we truly appreciate your support as our staff becomes familiar with the new system as well.
The upgrade provides additional security measures to help better protect your account information, and we appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts to the changes.
Important Home Banking Information
Our new Home Banking is a completely new product and is separate from the Virtual Branch system you previously used.
If you are enrolling in Home Banking for the first time:
- Your Login ID is your four-digit account number.
- If you have a three-digit account number, add a zero(0) at the beginning. For example, account number 123 would be entered as 0123.
- As an added security measure, you will be asked to answer a security question each time you log in.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call us directly. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Joan Phillips, who recently retired after 30 years of dedicated service to our credit union and our members. Joan served as our loan officer for many of those years, and we are incredibly grateful for her commitment and the exceptional service she provided.
